Shipping
We use USPS (US Postal Service) Priority Mail for our shipping courier. All items are shipped with a delivery confirmation so a tracking number will be available. Most items will ship in 1-2 days. Should there be any longer delay, we will contact you. Aksham Henna cannot and will not be held responsible for any shipping delays, mistakes, loss or damages once the parcel is in the courier's care. This is the sole responsibility of the courier. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact USPS to report it. Sundays and federal holidays are not shipping days.

Returns
Henna powder, henna kits and essential oils are perishable and therefore, cannot be returned. All other returns will be handled as follows:

1. If the item arrives damaged or defective and you want an exchange for the same item, first contact USPS. If necessary, we will pay for shipping the broken item back to us and shipping a new item back to you.

2. If the item arrives damaged or defective and you want an exchange for a different item, first contact USPS. If necessary, we will pay for shipping the broken item back to us, we will charge or credit you the difference in cost of items and you will pay any difference to ship the new item back to you.

3. If you just plain don't like the item and want to exchange it for a different item, you will pay to ship it back to us, we will charge or credit you the difference and you pay to ship a new item back to you.

4. If you just plain don't like the item and don't want an exchange, you will pay to ship it back to us and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping is not refundable. Item must be returned within 30 days. Please allow 7-10 days to process credit adjustments on returned or modified orders.
